Collective Lens: Photography for Social Change

Near the River Kwai in Thailand, the government built a dam that flooded out an entire town. Today, fisherman and other locals are forced to traverse the water in small boats, a harrowing and dangerous task considering the tree tops and temple roofs lurking just inches beneath the surface.
